Payment is very simple, click the paypal button this will direct you to islandmemories@btinternet.com  there you will find a description box. Put which item it is you would like to buy, your name full address and post code, and the amount in payment box click and you have purchased your item.

 

If you would prefer to pay by cheque please fill in the contact us sheet with your details and item you would like to purchase and i will send you full details of how to make payment and where to send. PLEASE MAKE CHEQUES PAYABLE TO ISLAND MEMORIES.

 

Credit, Debit cards can by used via paypal.

 

POSTAGE -UK  Items will be sent to you via royal mail recorded signed for and will be despatched as soon as payment is received and cleared.

Postage costs £3.80 for each item. if you wish to purchase more than one item please contact us and i will reduce the postage.

OVERSEAS BUYERS - depending on where you are postage for light items will be sent either airsure or airmail small packets the cost per item is £5.50.  For heavier items please contact us and we will give postage charges.

PLEASE NOTE ALL ITEMS WILL BE SENT VIA THE ABOVE POSTAL METHOD ISLAND MEMORIES DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS LOST IN THE POST. HOWEVER ITEMS UNDER £36 WILL BE COVERED BY INSURANCE. ITEMS OVER THIS AMOUNT WILL HAVE INSURANCE ADDED TO THE POSTAGE.

RETURNS POLICY IF AN ITEM IS NOT TO YOUR SATISFACTION WE WILL REFUND IF RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE WITH A FULL REFUND OF ITEM AND POSTAGE WILL BE REINBURSED TO YOU.
